    Brain-Based Voice

A brain is a predictive machine. It predicts how to react based on the inputs it receives from the body. The better the input, the better the output. The better the output, the better the input.

The brain receives its input from 3 major sources: the eyes, the vestibular system, and the proprioceptive system. Of the three, the eyes provide the largest amount of input.

Brain-based Voice improves the input systems and the brain’s processing system to improve the predictive ability of the brain. This will turn result in better posture, deeper breath, and more relaxed muscles.

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring phenomenon that happens when one’s focus is fixated on a single object to the exclusion of everything else. In this state, the unconscious Mind may be influenced with beneficial, positive suggestions for the purposes of personal growth and change.

We currently offer hypnosis for Stress & Relaxation Management.

    Jin Shin Jyutsu* X Voice

Attitudes are states of body-mind. A chronic thought pattern coalesces human biology to arrange itself around that state of mind. The voice and it’s related muscular are part of that biology.

Jin Shin Jyutsu recognizes 5 Attitudes- Worry, Fear, Anger, Sadness, Trying-to/Pretense of which Fear forms the ‘core’ of all the Attitudes. Holding the finger associated with that Attitude harmonizes it.

The Attitude of Worry includes depression, hate, obsession, anxiety and self-protection and stems from an imbalance in the ‘individualized’ Stomach and Spleen energy pattern.

The Attitude of Fear includes timidity, mental confusion, depression, perfectionism, criticism, frustration, and desire for life and stems from an imbalance in the ‘individualized’ Bladder & Kidney energy pattern.

The Attitude of Anger includes cowardly behavior, irritability, indecision, instability, not being alert and emotional behavior. It stems from an imbalance in the “individualized” Gall bladder & Liver energy pattern.

The Attitude of Sadness includes being negative, mucus forming and lack of common sense and stems from an imbalance in the “individualized” Lung & Large Intestine energy pattern.

The Attitude of Trying-to/Pretense includes “crying on the inside and laughing on the outside”, being insecure, being nervous, being confused and thinking about mortality. It stems from an imbalance in the “individualized” Heart & Small intestine energy pattern.
