    Noreen Kwek


    Noreen is passionate about promoting Yoga and its wellness benefits. Also a hairstylist by profession, Noreen found that Yoga helped her mobility after long hours on the job. The mental and emotional wellness benefits of Yoga helped her calm her mind and find peace after a hard day.

    In 2009, she completed 200 hours of her Teacher Training Course (TTC) in VYASA. She completed 200 hours of TTC in Ashtanga Yoga at Tatvaa YogaShala Rishikesh India in 2012 and another 300 hours of TTC in 2014.

    Noreen teaches private classes from Beginner to Intermediate level.

    She is an itinerant teacher.

    Sim Pern Yiau

    Wu Tu Nan Taijigong

    Wu Tu Nan Taijigong http://taijigong.org is one of the few lineages left in the world that practice the full Taijigong, and not the diluted versions of Taijiquan commonly seen today.

    Sim Pern Yiau is 7th Dan Senior Master practitioner of Taijigong. Other than pure Taijigong, he is also experienced in adapting Taijigong principles for other disciplines such as dance, acting, vocal work and energy healing. Other than his own Taijigong programme he oversees Taiji practice for actors at the Intercultural Theatre Institute and dancers at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.

    Shobhinya Karthikeyan

    Indian Classical Dance

    Shobhinya Karthikeyan is the Founder and Director of Jayakshethra Arts (An abode of body, mind & soul), which nurtures the talent of more than 100 young budding artists. She is a torch bearer and a dedicated teacher of Kalakshetra’s traditional dance form, Bharathanatyam.

    She graduated from Kalakshethra, Chennai and is a Post Graduate in Bharathanatyam (M.F.A), from Bharathidhasan University, Tiruchirappalli. She is also a rank holder of Higher Grade Government Technical examination of Bharathanatyam, Govt of Tamil Nadu.

    She has been the mentor in “Salangai Oli “, a competition organised by Mediacorp Singapore in 2009 & 2011 and groomed her mentees to place the winning title. Having sent her students to various competitions, they have done her proud and clinched many awards.

    Shobhinya has conducted more than 500 programmes and numerous Arangetrams in many prestigious sabhas in India and Singapore. She is an approved ‘B’ grade artist of Doordharshan Kendra (TV Centre) Chennai.

    Beverly Joy Goh


    Beverly Joy Goh is a singer and actress in training. She is currently a student at LASALLE College of the Arts, a member of Singapore Repertory Theatre’s The Young Company and she studies singing under Grace Ng Ee Wern. Prior to working with Grace, she was a member of multiple choirs and has been under the tutelage of Phua Ee Kia and Mdm Elena Ng. Besides performing, she is passionate about holistic wellness and alternative medicine. Beverly’s area of interest includes Aromatherapy, Acupressure, Nutrition and Herbs. She hopes that she can eventually integrate these practices interchangeably and teach them in an easy and accessible way.
